This 10-minute dip’s got ooey-gooey game! Each bite delivers flavourful, shredded chicken in a creamy, spiced tomato sauce.

Ingredients

Toppings (optional): crumbled feta cheese, Za’atar Seasoning or Italian Seasoning

Preparation
  1. Coat chicken with Za’atar or Italian Seasoning; place in Rectangular Steamer. Cover and microwave on high 4 min. Let rest 1 min before removing lid. Dice or shred.
  2. Meanwhile, in small casserole dish or 4-cup, microwave-safe bowl, beat cream cheese with crushed tomatoes. Stir in Butter Chicken Seasoning until combined. Carefully fold in chicken.
  3. Microwave, uncovered, on high 2–3 min, until warm and bubbly, stirring well every 1 min. Or, bake in preheated 375° F oven for 15 min.
  4. Sprinkle with toppings, if desired, and serve warm. This dip is delicious served with warm pitas for dunking.
Tips

1 can (15 oz/425 g) crushed tomatoes is about 2 cups. Wrap and freeze leftovers in small portions; add to soups, stews, or sauces. Or, blend with Italian Seasoning and use as a pizza sauce.
